Eid-ul-Fitar Party

Group photo of the participants of the Eid milan with the president Mrs. Naseem Raheem

After a very tough month of scorching heat in Ramadan, the Eid arrived as a great relief for the natives of the city of saints. Women's chamber of commerce Multan, living up to its tradition, also provided its members an opportunity to meet and greet eachother at an Eid Milan party. The beautiful event was arranged on 5th August at Shangrilla Chinese Multan.

The president of WCCIM Mrs. Naseem Raheem is quite popular among the ladies of Multan for her love for fun filled activities. She has also served as program secretary and then Secretary of the ladies club as well. Decades later, people still remember that time for the skits, variety programs and other splendid functions she organized. And during her tenure as president of WCCIM, she carried on the same spirit with her. There were lots of activities, educational as well as entertaining. Therefore, this was not just an ordinary get together to meet and greet but an occasion full of fun and prizes for everyone.

Farrah Saqib and Mrs. Naseem Raheem together conducted 'passing the parcel' game. Music was played and then randomly stopped. meanwhile, whoever was held holding that parcel, was given a task to perform. Someone was asked to sing a song, somebody was asked to meme some actor. So on and so forth. This activity was full of cheering and laughter. The members loved it. Mrs. Tahira Najam bagged the prize, by giving the best performance. She was assigned to copy Bushra Ansari's character, Saima Chauhdary from Faisalabad. She had her friends rolling in laughter. Everybody admired her talents. There were also other interesting competitions, which kept the members enthralled and entertained.

Mrs. Naseem Raheem, personally awarded beautiful glass shields (courtesy; her son, Mr. Saqib Raheem) to those members who participated and remained actively involved in Blue fair, inorder to honor and acknowledge their efforts. Indeed, it was a sign of an extremely caring head of an institution. A big thanks to Mrs. Naseem Raheem from all the recipients.

The chamber also remains thankful to its patron-in chief, Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar for her efforts to bring this chamber to a great new pedestal. This chamber has made a mark and continues to create ripples around. This beautiful and graceful lady is helping women around her by bringing new opportunities to their doorsteps.

At the end, a splendid Chinese buffet dinner was laid for the members and everybody enjoyed a hearty meal. It was indeed, a very well organized and beautifully planned event. But presence of two esteemed members, Masooma Sibtain and Novaira Fahad was missed. A handsome turnover of the members was a proof of Mrs. Naseem Raheem's success as a great leader and president. Congratulations Madam! Salutes to all your dedication.
