Launch of WCCIM value added membership cards on women's day 2019

The new president of women's chamber Multan, WCCIM, Ms. Seerat Fatima passionately follows membership drive of this platform for female entrepreneurs. Not only she wants an increase in the number of members, but is doing her best to add advantages to their membership scheme as well. 

The day she took over as president, she proposed her idea of value added membership cards for WCCIM members, which would get them discounts at different places. Vice president 
Novaira Fahad went on to work hard to get famous restaurants, parlors and grocery stores on the panel. Supported by the senior vice president Uzma Burana and others, now these membership cards are ready.

Being a believer of women empowerement, there could not be a better day to launch this project, other than ' international women's day'. On 8th March 2019, all the members of WCCIM, were invited to a formal launching ceremony, at Mehfil hall Ramada. Alongwith the owners of the brands, restaurants, boutiques and parlors, those who have vouched to give discounts to WCCIM on producing membership cards. Among top on the list, Ramada hotel Multan by Saima Faisal, Alle' Nora by Itrat Gillani, Cosmos beauty parlor by Sajiha Gardezi, Bounty Bundles by Khadija Babar, Ammara Nazir, London Courtyard, Cafe Jade, alongwith many others.

The event was conducted by Novaira Fahad, the vice-president of WCCIM. The president Seerat Fatima addressed the gathering and enlightened them about her vision. She also informed them, these membership cards can be acquired from the chamber, with a small contribution of 500 rupees. It will only be on production or presenting of this card that WCCIM members will be eligible for discounts at selected spots. She updated them about efforts made by Novaira and other members for this project. Seerat also thanked Farah Rana, an honorable member, who sponsored all the membership cards for the executive members. Farah Rana and Nvaira Fahad were presented shields for their contributions.

Former president and spokesperson WCCIM, Former VP of FPCCI (2017), Masooma Sibtain was also invited to make a speech. She shed light over all the major activities taken place on the platform of WCCIM, through its inception. Specially on advocacy policy, representation of WCCIM members on national and international level and a lot more. She also mentioned, how she missed the presence of patron-in-chief Mrs. Farrukh Mukhtar. Whose efforts had raised this chamber to new heights.

President Seerat Fatima resumed her speech and motivated all the members to get ready to make biggest annual mega-event by WCCIM 'Blue fair', a great success. More than hundred stalls, solely run by female entrepreneurs from around the country. A unique opportunity, with unlimited possibilities. She suggested, this is the right time to get membership of this chamber, as the renewals fees is submitted in this month every year.

Uzma Burana the senior vice president of WCCIM also addressed the gathering. Thanked the audience for their presence and expressed her feelings for the wonderful platform that WCCIM is.

At the end, an extremely lavish dinner was served. The turnover at the event was amazing and it was widely covered by media. Gulnaz Nawab from Nawai-waqt, Ruqia Naeem, Sehrish and Shaireen Rana from Jang were among female representatives of press and media.

Ladies! Blue fair is around the corner too.
