 Women Business Development Center Peshawar (WBDCP), as part of its business development initiatives, organizes exposure visits to larger markets. The main purpose of these visits is to establish linkages of women entrepreneurs with stake holders from other markets including; local business people, skilled craftsmen, raw material suppliers, whole sellers and retailers.

Women Business Development Center Peshawar in collaboration with Pakistan Transition Initiative  organized a two week Business Exposure Visit for twenty Women Entrepreneurs to four cities of Punjab including Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan & Bahawalpur for linkage meetings, capacity building and market exposure.

For the purpose, South Punjab Women Chamber of Commerce & Industries (SPWCCI) was requested a meeting at chamber on 13th March 2014 with their members. Along with instructions to arrange, a training session by the title 'tradition with innovation'. On Thursday, 13th March, it was conducted at 'ladies club, Multan'.

Masooma Sibtain delivered the lecture and displayed articles to explain the idea of 'tradition with innovation'. Later, former v.president Mrs. Naseem Raheem and former president, Mrs. Zahra Khitran, also joined in and shared their valuable experiences.

The women from Peshawar truly admired the guidance and ideas shared by these inspiring women.

The president SPWCCI, Mrs. Fatima Leghari also attended the event, alongwith convener media Fariha Munir Shah. Other members, present at the occasion were Humera Batool, Samina Waqar, Mahwish Saleem, Rehana Kausar, etc.

An exhibition of different products by SPWCCI members, was organized at the occasion, which proved to be an even better example of 'tradition with innovation'.

At the end, all the members of SPWCCI and Peshawar chamber were served a formal hi-tea.
